Shipping:
All orders are shipped via First Class Mail no later than two business days after your order has been placed. Flat rate shipping $2.00 applies. You can also indicate Priority Mail ($4.00)or Express Mail ($15.00).
All orders are shipped via First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. If you would prefer another shipping method than First Class, please let me know. Jens Jeweled Creations is not responsible for lost items after they have been received at the Post Office or Shipping Address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You must contact me within 15 days of purchase to make a return and/or exchange to receive a full refund. Shipping charges nor the charges for shipping item back to you will be refunded.
Custom made orders WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged. These were custom made by you and the items to make these pieces were or may not have been in stock.
